The weather has been great for us this week, we have had a week of weeding, which although has been rather painful, it has meant that at last we are beginning to look tidy and organised again. The tomatoes are looking very good and should start to redden over the next week or so.
Raspberries and loganberries are still very good and plentiful. However our first crop of peaches were picked today and will be ready to eat for this Saturday. Very sweet white juicy peaches, all grown in our greenhouse. The first of our own courgettes and their flowers. Young celery and beetroot. Lots of perfect chard leaves and beetroot tops.
Sorry to send such a brief note, will try to send some photos next week.
